Develop desktop applications using C# and WPF

Description

Based on the given requirements, I will develop a desktop application targeting the Windows platform (Windows 7 onwards) using C# and WPF. The development begins by first developing a Proof of Concept (POC) that includes the essential features of the application which is verified by the client. Once the client approves the POC, the development continues incrementally by adding the remaining features of the application based on their priority and requirements as specified by the client.
