Any services of the Platform used by the visitors who visit this Website (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your” or “user”) or your visit/use of this Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) as available on the Website and this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). What data do we collect?

  1. Upon registration on our Website, personally identifiable information such as your name, physical address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and/or other similar information is collected

  2. In case you choose to login using social media logins such as facebook or google or any other such social media login as may be provided on the Platform, then we shall collect the data regarding your social media login details and your network on such social media platform.

  6. User generated content including but not limited to project descriptions and attachments, bid description, user profiles, user reviews, contest descriptions and attachment, user messages etc.

For processing payments for the services rendered by you via the Website, we would require your banking details, such as name, address, email id, PAN card details and financial information that corresponds to your bank. including but not limited to, bank name, branch, account number, IFSC code etc.

  8. Account details: these include your username and password and preferred account settings such as the language and time zone etc.

How do we collect your data?

We collect the data in the following manner:

  1. Through Google Analytics:

    • We use a third-party JavaScript plug-in provided by Google called “Google Analytics” to provide us with useful traffic statistics and to better understand how you use our Website. We do not have direct access to the information obtained from Google Analytics, but Google provides us with a summary through their dashboard.

How we use the information we collect?

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes or in the following manner:

To provide and maintain UniGigs Services: We use the information collected to deliver, maintain and provide better services (including but not limited to processing transactions) and verify users’ identities. We use the IP address and unique identifiers stored in your device’s cookies to help us authenticate your identity and activities and provide services. Given our legal obligations and system requirements, we cannot provide you with all or some of our services without data like identification information, supervision information, service usage information, communication information, and transaction information.
