There is no approval required for purchasing gigs on our platform. For selling gigs, the user will have to provide his basic personal and professional details.

After signing up on the platform, click on the “Create a Gig” button on the navigation bar or in the “Gigs Tab”, and follow the simple steps henceforth.

Buyers can filter gigs on our website based on pricing, location, language and experience.

No, UniGigs does not charge any service fee from sellers or buyers.

The Seller Fees is only settled when the Seller has completed the Order, the Buyer has approved the delivered work and then Seller can navigate to Earnings section to withdraw the money.

If the Buyer is not approving the delivered work due to any particular reason, then the Order will be automatically marked as completed after 48 hours from the Completion date of the order.

Once the buyer buys a gig an automatic notification is generated for the gigster to accept the order within 24 hours Also, if you do not reply within the standard response time, the order will be assumed as “cancelled” and might affect the seller’s rating adversely.

You will receive feedback from the Clients after the Order is completed in the form of ratings and a written review. Ratings are based on different parameters like Responsiveness, Tracking Milestones and Meeting deadlines. Gigsters with better feedback/ratings are likely to get hired more with our rating based algorithims.
If it is proved that seller has provided false information to prove his identity or skill-set, has defaulted on various orders etc. his account may get terminated. More information can be found in UniGigs standard Terms and Conditions.
You are eligible to cancel the order and get a full refund if and only if the seller has not accepted your order and started working on it already.
The buyer can cancel the gig ordered till the time the gigster has not accepted the order.
